It would be great if I could pinpoint exactly WHERE the problem is on the floor plan of my property!
We’ve heard that from many users, and we’ve heard you loud and clear!
We will add this new functionality in our early Aug 2019 release!
You don’t have to go into long and detailed explanations to explain WHERE the problem is anymore.
Locate the case on your floor plan:
If you have added a floor plan to your unit, then you will have the option to add a pin to indicate WHERE the case problem is.
Just tap anywhere on the floor plan.
As a result, Unee-T will automatically add a pin to the floor plan.
You can drag the pin around.
Place the pin wherever you need on the floor plan
You can also move the pin outside of the image to remove a pin altogether.
Unee-T then adds a new image to the conversation to help everyone find where the issue is.
I’ve made an error, how can I change the location of the case in the property?
If there is a mistake and you need to update the location of the case, then go to the “More information” tab for your case.
Click on “Edit pin”:
Move the pin to where the issue is.
You can then click on the “Save Pin” link.
Unee-T automatically adds a new image in the case conversation.
The new image allows everyone to see the update!
How to add a floor plan to your unit:
Go to the Unit page for your property.
Upload an image version of your floor plan.
Unee-T supports the following formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .pdf.
How to Edit or replace the floor plan:
You can also change the floor plan for your property.
This action will NOT modify the pins you have already created.
For example, the pins and floor plan you have already created in existing cases will still be available, unchanged in the case conversation.
