We’re excited to show you this first preview of how the new Case page will look in the future Unee-T Dashboard.
The Dashboard is the oldest piece of User Interface that exists in Unee-T today.
It’s bad… We know…
But the good news is: we’re working hard on it!
And the best news is that because we haven’t introduced any new functionalities this is relatively simple to implement now that the design is almost final!
All the information you need is still there:
Locate the case on a Floor plan.
See who’s involved in that case.
Find a solution that works for everyone.
Define and agree on the next steps.
Record the actions taken to solve the case.
See the history of the case and all the messages exchanged in the conversation block.
Save quotes, approve budgets, centralize all the invoices associated to a case.
Keep track of the time spent on solving a case.
See how the case is related to other cases.
Add more information or tags to find you case more easily.
Add the URL to your knowledge base if needed.
Find all the attachments and media files in one place.
Customize the page the way YOU want:
You can move blocks of information around on the page.
It’s now extremely easy to organize your case page the way you want it!
If you’re responsible for coordinating work on cases, then you may want to have a page that looks like this:
